Although sometimes pressure can be necessary in the power washing world, it typically is not the best solution for your home. Pressure washing is the use of just pressure, with the intent to blast any dirt, grime, mold, or mildew. This is not good for the paint or integrity of your siding. If you were to rent a power washer from the hardware store, this would most likely be your only option.
Soft washing is a very different process, but even more effective. With soft washing, we use professional grade chemicals that are diluted to a level that is safe yet effect for your home. We pre soak your home, and any plants around the home before applying the chemical to ensure the plants will not be effected. Once the chemical is applied, our technician will let it dwell for a predetermined amount of time to allow it to attach to any mold, mildew, dirt, grime, etc. Once it is rinsed off of the home, we again rinse any plants in the area of the washing and move to the next side! What you are left with is a clean home!
